Simple two hook rig for Scup/Porgy or light duty black sea bass use.
These rigs are made with 30lb HighSeas Camo Leader Material with two simple dropper loops and size 1/0 Mustad Hoodlum Hooks.  A small section of shrink tube is added at the hook connection to the leader for protection and some coloration.  A loopknot is provided at the bottom for a weight or a jig if desired.
