WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept online payment with credit cards through this website and Paypal

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Orders over $60 ship for FREE.

All orders ship First class mail with a tracking number. After a certain weight the shipping method becomes Priority Mail at a flat rate. 

We try send all shipments out using First Class Mail or Priority Mail using a flat rate.  We can ship to virtually any address in the US.  Note that there are restrictions on some products and we will notify the customer should there be an issue.


Orders totaling less than $60, are subject to a flat shipping charge due to the overall weight.  The amount charged is a portion of the overall shipping charge.  Monomoy Tackle picks up the balance.


***First Class Shipment are more than the $4 flat rate. Monomoy Tackle is picking up the balance. The same is true for Priority Mail.  The $7.25 is in many cases less than charged amount, but Monomoy Tackle is assuming part of the shipping.  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If order is defective, you may return all new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).  We don't control the time it takes for shipping or bank transactions to occur.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not currently offer gift cards.  This is subject to change and we will update our policies should gift cards be considered in the future
